At URBANXTECH we prioritize our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, sometimes things don't go as planned and if there's any issue with the item you received, just let us know at info@urbanxtech.com, we will do our best to fix it and be satisfied.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email us at info@urbanxtech.com with clear photos showing the damage or error.

  • Submit those images via our website’s contact form for our evaluation.

  • Once approved, we will arrange free pickup of the item and process your refund or replacement at no cost to you.

RETURN

If you want to return the item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order at info@urbanxtech.com. If you have discovered our fault, please take pictures of the defected, or wrong case sent to you and attach them to the initial email with an explanation. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that the item is free from damage or signs of wear unless the product has a manufacturer's defect.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Exchange requests are subject to availability.

REFUNDS

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method you used when placing your order within 10 business days.

    Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
