Can I Cancel My Order?
If your order has not left our warehouse yet, we can cancel it and issue a refund. If your order has already been prepared, you will need to receive it and then request a return through our returns form.

Where Is My Order?
You can track your order on the Postal Service website from your country or on the assigned carrier’s site using the tracking number provided at checkout. The tracking number will be sent automatically to the email address used to place the order.
What Happens If I’m Not Home On Delivery Day?
Postal Service will either leave your order in your mailbox or notify you to pick it up at the nearest post office (based on your ZIP code) within 5 calendar days and with your ID. We are not responsible for shipping costs if the parcel is returned because it was not collected within 5 days.
I Haven’t Received My Order—What Can I Do?
We guarantee a refund if you have not received the item. You can request a full refund by completing the form on our website and including your order reference. Once submitted, our team will review your case and respond within 72 hours. If approved, we will refund the value of the undelivered item, preferably using the same payment method you used at checkout. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take 1–3 days to appear.
