Cancellation policy

Order cancellations

• Once an order has been placed, it is processed immediately to ensure fast shipping.

• For this reason, orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been prepared or shipped.

• If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at info@urbanxtech.com including your order number.

Orders already shipped

• If your order has already been processed and shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

• In this case, you will need to wait until you receive it and, if you wish, you can return it following our Returns Policy.

Refunds for cancellations

• If your cancellation is accepted in time (before being prepared/shipped), we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to request a cancellation

• Please email us at info@urbanxtech.com with the subject line: “Order Cancellation #order number”.

• The sooner you contact us, the higher the chances of stopping the shipment on time.
